Usage & Monitoring
Monitor your bot usage, track quota consumption, and view infrastructure health from the Usage and Monitoring pages.
Usage Page
Navigate to Usage in the sidebar to view your consumption metrics.
Period Selection
Toggle between views:
- Daily — Day-by-day breakdown
- Weekly — Weekly aggregated stats
- Monthly — Monthly summary
Stats Overview
Four primary stat cards:
- Total Requests — Number of messages processed
- Total Tokens — AI tokens consumed
- Total Cost — Estimated cost for the period
- Average Latency — Mean response time
Quota Progress
A progress bar shows your current usage against your plan's quota:
- Current tier and quota limit displayed
- Remaining messages/tokens shown
- Visual indicator of consumption percentage
When usage exceeds 80% of your quota, an upgrade prompt appears recommending a higher tier.
Daily Breakdown Table
Detailed table with per-day stats:
- Date
- Request count
- Tokens used
- Estimated cost
Per-Bot Usage
If you have multiple bots, a breakdown table shows usage per bot:
- Bot name and status
- Requests and tokens per bot
- Cost allocation per bot
Monitoring Page
Navigate to Monitoring in the sidebar for real-time infrastructure metrics.
Usage Alerts
Threshold-based warnings for:
- Request quota — Percentage of request limit used
- Token quota — Percentage of token limit used
Alerts trigger at configurable thresholds to warn before hitting limits.
Real-Time Stats
Four metric cards with trend indicators:
- Requests Today — Current day's request count with trend arrow
- Tokens Used — Today's token consumption
- Estimated Cost — Current day's cost estimate
- Active Bots — Number of running bots
Quota Bars
Visual quota bars for:
- Request Quota — Current vs. plan limit
- Token Quota — Current vs. plan limit
Cost Projection
- Current period cost
- Projected monthly cost based on trends
- Comparison against your plan price
Usage Trend Chart
Line chart showing daily trends for:
- Request volume over time
- Token consumption over time
Bot Usage Table
Per-bot breakdown showing:
- Bot name and status
- Requests and tokens
- Cost per bot
- Percentage of total limit used
